Local pros compete in Ontario PGA event


Conrad Riley of OslerBrook Golf and Country Club near Collingwood had the best result among golfers from BruceGreySimcoe (BGS) during the Ontario PGA’s Pro/Pro Team Series event Monday (May 14) at the Club at North Halton in Georgetown.
 
He teamed up with Michael Horsley of the Donaldo Club to shoot 68 in the Better Ball event. They tied for 18th  

Other results from BGS golfers were:

T-36th (71) Bob McClure and Brian French of Mad River Golf Club near Creemore

T-41 (72) Gary Jeffrey of the Academy at Georgian Bay Club and Keir Smith of Oak Bay Golf and Country Club

62nd (76) Michael Todd of Legacy Ridge and Brenden Parsons of Listowel Golf Club.

Former Cobble Beach Golf Links pro Ryan McBride teamed up with Bradlee Ryall of Bradlee Ryall Golf/Kaneff Academies to shoot 67 (-5). They tied for 11th.

The winning team was made up of Chris Hemmerich and Dylan Smallwood of Westmount Golf and Country Club who combined to shoot 62.
