Doug Day, C.P.G.A. Pro and owner of Whispering Hills Golf Club (left) congratulates Rob Widmeyer of Hanover who won the 6th Annual Brian Wise Spring Classic Invitational Tournament this past Saturday.
Rob Widmeyer shot 74 (+4) to win the Brian Wise Spring Classic at Whispering Hills Golf Club on Saturday.
The event has been running for 43 years but was re-named in honour of long-time member Brian Wise in 2014.
Brian’s daughter Angela Wise presented champion Rob Widmeyer with a gift from her and her mother Ruth - a dozen custom-imprinted “Brian Wise Spring Classic” Titleist PRO V1 golf balls.
