Terry O’Brien of Cedar Links Golf Centre near Barrie was the top golfer from the BruceGreySimcoe region at the PGA of Ontario’s Spring Open.
He shot 70-73 and finished in 10th.
G.W. King of The Academy at Georgian Bay Club carded rounds of 74-71 and finished tied for 11th.
Wesley Furlong of National Pines Golf Club near Barrie shot 76-82 and was 33rd.
The winner was Dennis Hendershott of Hi5Golf Inc. who shot 65-69 for a -6 total.
The event was played May 27-28 at Tarandowah Golfers Club southeast of London, Ontario.
