Mark Henderson of Barrie Country Club was the top golfer from BruceGreySimcoe at the Ontario Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship.
He fired a final round 79 and finished tied for 24th.
Cody Pickard of National Pines also shot 79 and ended up tied for 32nd.
Yet another 79 was carded by David Greenaway of Barrie CC who finished tied for 36th.
Rounding out the BGS contingent was Craig Janzen of Pike Lake whose final round 80 left him tied for 56th.
The winner was Ryan Kings of Deer Ridge in Kitchener (72-70-70) who finished at four under par.
Finishing second was Charles Fitzsimmons of Thornhill Golf & Country Club (74-68-71).
The championship was played at Deerhurst Highlands in Huntsville.
