Bill Walsh of Fairtree Golf Centre (on left in photo) won the PGA of Ontario’s Fall Classic today at The Golf Club at Lora Bay near Thornbury.
He shot rounds of 65-70, finished at -9 and won $1,800.
Finishing second was Danny King of The Performance Academy at Magna Golf Club. He fired rounds of 67-71 to finish three strokes back of Walsh.
The best result from a BruceGreySimcoe golfer was a tie for 3rd by Thomas Keddy of OslerBrook Golf and Country Club near Collingwood. He shot rounds of 69-70.
G.W. King of The Academy at Georgian Bay Club (79-71) was 12th, while Ryan McBride of Cobble Beach Golf Links (79-80) tied for 29th.
Wesley Furlong of National Pines Golf Club near Barrie (81-80) was 34th while John Schmidt of Southampton Golf and Country Club (83-87) was 36th.
